Foresight has acquired Rooms and Views Manufacturing Ltd. a manufacturer of uPVC windows with bases in North and South Wales has secured a £3.75m investment from private equity and infrastructure investment manager Foresight Group.

The company works with more than 40 housebuilders and offers an expanding in-house design team as well as its core manufacturing and installation services. Today, R & V operates across 40,000 sq ft of manufacturing space, employs in excess of 150 people and manufactures more than 60,000 windows per annum.
